Panther Creek Village
Panther Creek Village was the second village of The Woodlands, developed in the late 1970's. It is located on the western shore of Lake Woodlands and within easy reach of The Woodlands Town Center / Waterway. It offers convenient access to I-45 and is also home to the popular neighborhoods of West Isle, The Cove, Splitrock, and Windward Cove.
The residents of this large community enjoy a number of recreational amenities:
- Parks (Northshore Park hosts the annual YMCA Dragon Boat Races and The Woodlands' Concerts in the Park).

The Panther Creek Village Association is a 501(c)(4) non-profit civic organization. It gives their mission as:
to represent the residents of Panther Creek in dealings with the various local, county, state, and federal governing bodies, as well as business and community associations within Montgomery County, Texas. Our purpose is to be your advocate in resolving complaints involving the Villages and the various associations involved in providing services and governing the community of The Woodlands.
